Scott started his career as a technician with Bridgestone Firestone working his way up through service advisor, service manager, assistant manager, and general manager. Scott worked at the nation’s #1 Cadillac dealership (Don Massey Cadillac), where he served as service advisor and fixed operations director. Scott’s ability to engage and train others was recognized, and he accepted a position with MSX International in Warren, Michigan.

While at MSX, Scott served as an automotive process consultant, field manager, regional manager, and director of training and eLearning. While at MSX Scott developed and delivered several cutting-edge fixed operations processes and systems such as the RIM Process and its associated components. These processes and tools are now automotive industry standards.


Scott’s work with MSX gained him tremendous recognition across the automotive industry. He then became Vice President of Fixed Operations for Gulf States Toyota. Under Scott’s leadership, GST changed the way they took action on fixed operations performance, and GST dealers experienced record-setting and explosive growth in fixed operations. Through the opportunities provided by a long and successful career in the automotive industry, Scott has decided to return to his life’s greatest passion and inspire others to make positive changes in themselves, their processes, their business, and ultimately their lives.
